Daughters of God is a Catholic Women's Retreat Ministry
that grew from our conviction of the need to recognize and celebrate the presence of God at all times and in all places.
We have offered retreats exploring the spirituality of everyday life, but discovered that it was during our vacations
and leisure time that we found ourselves in an even deeper spirituality. We felt the conviction of Thomas Merton of
the holy foolishness of sitting by the sea - for the power of water offers so many experiences and insights of God. We
pray that our retreat time together enables all who join us to incorporate the reflections and experiences into everyday
life. In other words, to take our experience of 'Coming to the Water' back to shore.
